Matthew ‘Stalone’ Callaghan is a Gracie Barra black belt (first degree), he teaches full time and has done so for over five years.
He is an active competitor and is regularly seen taking on some of the world’s best at international events such as the Pan Ams, the World’s Masters etc.
Although renowned as an international standard black belt he relishes introducing new students to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or simply helping someone get in shape!
